The adoption of environment-friendly technologies continues to be a top priority in the State of Maine, as evidenced by Maine’s two senators’ recent proposals.

Independent Sen. Angus King and Republican Sen. Susan Collins say their new proposal would let customers get a refundable federal tax credit for costs associated with installing heat pumps.
